Lancashire Alternative Metal Artist n0trixx Unleashes New Lyric Video

The track showcases the genre-blending sound that has helped make n0trixx one of the most distinctive emerging artists of 2026.

The lyric video premiered at 12:00pm on 4 August, giving fans another glimpse into the emotionally intense themes and industrial-inspired sound that have become synonymous with the artist's music.

The track was produced by n0trixx, with External Subway handling the mixing and mastering.

Transforming Personal Experiences Into Music

Staying true to her independent approach, n0trixx also filmed and edited the lyric video herself, once again demonstrating her creative talent and remarkable ability to oversee every stage of the creative process.

Originally from Russia and now based in Lancashire, n0trixx fuses industrial, electronic, metal and trap influences into a unique style she describes as "bedlamcore". Her music explores themes of mental health, identity and personal experience. Open about living with dissociative identity disorder (DID), she has built a reputation for creating brutally honest songs that tackle difficult subjects without compromise.

The latest video continues the momentum following the release of her debut album, A Catalogue of Madness and Melancholia, which arrived in March 2026. The record was preceded by her single, harmless.

n0trixx has also become a familiar collaborator within Lancashire's heavy music scene, having worked on numerous tracks with Preston rap-metal duo FMA + 12 Gage.

Their collaborations combine electronic production with hip-hop influences, further highlighting both n0trixx's versatility and the creativity of Lancashire's growing metal scene.

Earlier this year, n0trixx completed her first headline tour in support of A Catalogue of Madness and Melancholia and has continued to build momentum through a string of live performances.
